The Family Services Division promotes self-sufficiency. Customers can receive:
- Financial Education
- Prescription Benefit program
- Passport to Prosperity™
- Homebound Case Management (see definition homebound applications)
Our programs include Manage Your Future youth program, the SMART Women program for single mothers, and our newly added Smart About Money (SAM) individual budget coaching program. SAM is being implemented along with the United Way of Greater New Haven. Check out this blog entry about SAM.
