NEW HAVEN, CT, December 26, 2019 – The Community Action Agency of New Haven (CAANH) is pleased to announce receipt of a $25,000 donation, from the JMS Foundation. The award will assist in providing sustainability and support for CAANH as we offer energy assistance to those in poverty in the Greater New Haven Area. According to CAANH’s President and CEO Amos L. Smith, “JMS Foundation’s gift will help catalyze sustainability of services and promote general good.”

“Knowing the kind of individuals that David and Joanne are in and of itself, a gift; but understanding their hearts which guides their giving to our organization speaks volumes of the significance of this gift of $25,000 to CAANH. Our “thanks” to them is equally as heartfelt and appreciated” Says Board Chairman Kenn Harris.
