Father F.A.C.T.O.R. (Facing Adversity to Continuously Obtain Resilience) provides a safe space for fathers to voice their experiences, network with other men, and increase their knowledge about fatherhood. The goal of this program is to help strengthen families within the community by encouraging fathers to play a more active role in nurturing and raising their children. We try to eliminate father absence by providing access to activities and resources to foster involvement with their children.

The Father F.A.C.T.O.R Program is centered around highlighting the importance of the Father presents and input in the family, as a prerequisite for the healthy growth and development of his children. This Program has been developed to help us as fathers enhance our awareness, build our skills. and expand our understanding of what it means to be a father.
