Volunteer at the Community Action Agency of New Haven in our mission to change lives and offer pathways to prosperity. Your support plays a critical role in allowing CAANH to continue to provide services and programs to assist those effected poverty in New Haven.
CAANH's Internship Program runs twice a year: September and February. CAANH provides a variety of meaningful placement opportunities for students to gain valuable experience, as well a develop skills to commensurate their career path.
CAANH offers internships and volunteer programs that will build knowledge and develop skills while improving the quality of life for Greater New Haven residents. We are a diverse non-profit organization with human and social programs and social service training. CAANH is an ideal organization to fulfill community service or serve an rewarding internship
An internship at CAANH is a great way to get experience working for a rapidly growing nonprofit; you can get a crash course in marketing, fund-raising, information technology and policy advocacy.
Student Community Service:
Community service for students is often a requirement for graduating high school and college. It’s a great way for students to build their resumes and skill sets. CAANH a non-profit organization is dedicated to empowering students to participate in community service while promoting leadership, volunteering, and teamwork.
